What exactly is MAX?

MAX is an AI workspace. You talk to one assistant, and behind it a team of specialists (research, code, media, data, design, customer channels and automations) does the work. MAX plans each job, routes the steps and checks the results before reporting back.

Can I sign up today?

MAX is invite-only while we onboard teams carefully. Request access below: a person reads every request and replies by email within 2 business days. If there's a fit, your invitation sets your plan, and MAX walks you through a two-minute setup on your first sign-in.

How much does it cost?

There are two plans, Pro and Team. Both include every MAX agent on a private 8× CPU · 16 GB cloud computer with 100 GB of storage (up to 1 TB), and you can compare every feature on the pricing page. The price for your plan is shared with your invitation, before anything is billed, and no card is needed to request access.

Which AI models does MAX use?

MAX routes each step to the engine that fits it best: fast ones for quick replies, deeper ones for planning, code and research. Routing improves without you changing anything, and you never manage or pay a separate AI account.

Is it only for businesses?

No. Researchers use MAX Research for evidence reviews, students use it to study, designers use MAX Board, developers use MAX Code and Vibe, and businesses run their inboxes and orders through it. One workspace covers all of it.

Does MAX act without asking?

Not where it matters. Messages to customers, payments and commands on your PC wait for your approval unless you choose auto-approve. You can steer, pause or stop any running job.

Who can see my conversations and files?

Your private workspace is yours. Team surfaces (inboxes, orders, knowledge) are visible only to the roles your admin allows, and every sensitive action is recorded in an audit log.

What languages does MAX work in?

MAX replies in the language you write in, renders right-to-left scripts such as Arabic properly, and answers each customer in the language they used.

Where can I use MAX?

On the web, as an installable app on your phone, in MAX for Windows, and through your own Telegram bot. Customer conversations come in from WhatsApp, Messenger and email.
